These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Gezana AI application and website operated by Tororo General. By using our Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Gezana AI, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Age requirement
You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
3. Use of the service
You agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly. You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service operation.
4. Global availability
The service is offered globally. You are responsible for complying with your local laws and regulations.
5. User Content & Conduct
- Ownership: You retain ownership of your prompts and inputs. You grant us a license to process this content solely to provide the service.
- Prohibited Use: You may not use Gezana AI to generate hate speech, illegal acts, deepfakes, or content that promotes violence or self-harm. We reserve the right to ban users who abuse the AI.
6. AI and Language Disclaimer
Gezana AI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses in English and Tigrinya. Content can be incomplete, incorrect, or culturally nuanced.
- Accuracy: While we strive for high-quality translations and responses, AI outputs may vary in accuracy across different languages and contexts.
- Not Professional Advice: Responses should not be considered professional medical, legal, financial, or other advice.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.
8. Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions provide access to premium features (“Pro”).
- Billing: Subscriptions are managed directly by your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account. We do not have access to your payment details.
- No Refunds: All purchases are final and non-refundable. Because transactions are processed by Apple and Google, Gezana AI cannot issue refunds directly. Any refund requests must be made to the respective App Store and are subject to their policies.
- Cancellations: You must cancel via your respective app store settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these terms or for safety and compliance reasons.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gezana AI is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- No Indirect Damages: We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data.
- Liability Cap: In no event shall our total liability for all claims related to the service exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the date of the claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.

13. Notice to Apple Users
If you access the Service via an application obtained from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:
- Acknowledgement: This agreement is between you and Gezana AI only, not Apple. We are solely responsible for the Service and its content.
- Maintenance: Apple has no obligation to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Service.
- Warranty: Apple is not responsible for any product warranties. In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation.
- Product Claims: We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the Service, including product liability claims, failure to conform to legal requirements, and consumer protection claims.
- IP Rights: In the event of any third-party claim that the Service infringes that third party’s intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, will be responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of such claim.
- Legal Compliance: You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Third-Party Beneficiary: Apple and Apple’s subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce them against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
14. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, United Kingdom.
- Class Action Waiver: You and Gezana AI agree that any proceedings to resolve a dispute will be conducted on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
- Jury Trial Waiver: You waive your right to a trial by jury to the full extent permitted by applicable law.
