How to delete your account

To request account deletion, email support@tororogeneral.com from the email address associated with your account.

Please include:

  • The subject line: “Delete Account”
  • The email address used for your account
  • Confirmation that you want your account and associated data deleted

Processing time

We process deletion requests within 30 days. If additional verification is needed, we will contact you.

What gets deleted

We delete your account profile, chat history, and associated usage records stored in the app. Some data may be retained where required by law or for security and fraud prevention.
